At the Anglonordic Biotech Conference V you will have the opportunity to pre-book one-to-one meetings with other companies at the event. You can check and print your booking grid which will also include appointment requests from other companies hoping to meet with you. Setting your availability, confirming and cancelling appointments is one click away after logging in to your secure area.

The meetings will happen during the conference. Please be advised that you can book a maximum of 2 appointments in advance, athough others may book unlimited meetings with you. Each meeting will last for 20 minutes and no longer.

Please note, you will be able to book two meetings only - however other delegates may book unlimited meetings with you. It is important that you revisit this site regularly to confirm or cancel these meetings

At the conference, there will be a service desk and you are advised to check with the desk when you first arrive to collect your booking grid, and throughout the day for any updated and cancelled appointments, plus any other messages.

The conference offers the newest partnering software that enables participants to select the most suitable potential partners. In partnership with BioPartner.co.uk, the newest online booking system allows you to browse profiles, select meetings, adjust your own availability and promote your company to best advantage.
